Lead Product Designer, Admin Experience

Sydney, Australia / Remote

Your future team

Are you passionate about solving challenges and delivering solutions for highly technical users? Do concept maps excite you as much as improving UI?

If so, this role might be right for you!

As a Lead Product Designer on the Admin Experience team, your main focus will be working on our Admin Hub and its integrations with all our products. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to our design system.

What you'll do

  • Lead complex and high-impact product design projects that help raise the quality bar for our users - from conceptual models to UI design.
  • Champion design craft and mentor other designers.
  • Collaborate with a range of cross-functional teams (including Engineering, Product Management, Research, Design, Marketing, and Data Science) across our Atlassian product portfolio.
  • Conduct user research using various methods and principles to gain insights into customer needs and inform design solutions.
  • Contribute to our Design System by creating new components, templates, and guidelines.
