Key Responsibilities:
Private Charging Station Installation Service:
- Understand and familiar with private charging products.
- Collaborate with suppliers to determine installation service processes and standards based on product information.
- Supervise and manage supplier installation services, ensuring adherence to installation standards and timely completion.
- Monitor and follow up on post-installation maintenance and operational issues related to private charging stations.
Automotive Sales Outlet Charging Station Installation:
- Familiar with both DC and AC charging station products.
- Determine installation service requirements for automotive sales outlets based on product knowledge.
- Assist automotive sales outlets in selecting suitable charging station products according to their needs.
- Coordinate with automotive sales outlets to complete charging station installations and oversee post-installation operational maintenance.

Vehicle Charging Functionality Tracking:
- Stay updated on planned vehicle charging functionalities and their integration with charging infrastructure.
- Monitor the progress of vehicle charging functionalities and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure successful implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the electric vehicle industry, preferably in charging infrastructure or charging installation service.
- Strong understanding of charging station products, installation processes, and operational requirements.
- Experience in managing supplier relationships and overseeing service delivery processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
