The National Print Mail Center (NPMC) is looking for an Onsite Maintenance Coordinator to join our team.
This position is considered an essential role and is not work from home eligible. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Operating and assisting with machine adjustments
- Assisting with preventative maintenance
- Be the first responder for troubleshooting operator support
- Tracking support provided for trending analysis
- Additional responsibilities may include supporting operators by training machine best practices.
- Must be able to, with or without accommodation, perform the essential functions which include, but are not limited to seeing, hearing, typing and speaking
- Work activities involving combinations of walking, kneeling, climbing, pulling, bending, lifting, carrying and standing for extended periods
- Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information, and follow processes that have been published
- Must be able to follow complex instructions, resolve conflicts or facilitate conflict resolution, and have strong organization/priority setting skills
- Must be able to provide system training to team members as needed
- Must be able to communicate in a clear, concise, professional oral or written manner, to be understood by customers, clients, co-workers and other employees of the organization
- Must be able to use a PC
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and push a cart weighing 1,500 pounds
- Have the ability to operate tools, equipment, and machinery
- Must be able to work on and around mechanized equipment and be alert and abide by safety precautions

- Must be available on holidays and weekends for potential on-call situations
- Must be available to work emergency situations in inclement weather and be available for overtime as needed
