Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assemble and TIG weld aerospace castings and details.
- Use fixtures, tools and gauges to produce aerospace parts meetings blueprint drawing
tolerances. - Follow detailed work instructions.
- Practice weld procedures per GE and Nadcap/AWS specifications.
- Work in a team environment, participate in Action Workouts, and contribute to the LEAN
Manufacturing workplace - Practice safe work habits and maintain a hazard-free work environment.

Requirements include:
- Must have minimum of two years Gas Tungsten Arc welding experience (on the job or in the classroom).
- Pass Gas Tungsten Arc Weld test on nickel base, cobalt base and stainless-steel alloys (groove and fillet welding per MIL-W-1595)
- Must be able to complete qualification training on nickel and cobalt per AWS D17.1
Desirable Qualifications:
- Prefer 2 years of college or trade school background or professional industry equivalency
