The Integration Analyst is responsible for establishing, monitoring and maintaining integration between Garrett's internal enterprise application (SAP) and external suppliers and customers, via a Cloud-based EDI solution hosted by a managed-services provider. In addition to providing world-class support to a globally diverse customer and trading partner base, the employee will independently lead small to medium sized initiatives to establish new connectivity and integration with applications and trading partners using a variety of EDI standards.
- Monitor daily integration processes and resolve errors timely. Integration scope includes a multitude of EDI protocols, SAP idocs interface and related ports, and possibly other application to application and business to business integration technologies.
- Work with company personnel and EDI managed - services partner to analyze and resolve system integration errors using partner's integration monitoring tools and SAP R/3. Company personnel include IT&SAP specialists, sales admin & customer service, shipping, finance, purchasing and production planning teams.
- Manage relationships with trading partners EDI coordinators. Negotiate project scope and delivery schedule.
- Coordinate and deliver EDI change requests. Coordinate project planning sessions with customers, business analysts, and team members to define and analyze business requirements. Adhere to standard IT procedures. Prepare functional specifications, test plans, user documentation, technical integration documentation and control plans. Advise managed-services partner on EDI mapping specifications.
- Prepare and execute integration test plans. Establish robust test environments and prepare simulated EDI test data. Coordinate and execute testing with managed-services partner
- Collaborate with managed service partner and business teams to ensure successful, timely support and delivery of IT solutions to business.
- Participate in team meetings and project reviews
- Provide off-hour support for critical issues and project implementations as required.
- Maintain current skills in EDI/SAP integration technologies

Education / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology
Key Skills and Knowledge
- Fluent in english
- Strong knowledge and experience, VDA and/or EDIFACT, X12 standards.
- Experience with Automotive industry standards and processes required.
