Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000/annually
Key Responsibilities
- Execute subscriber engagement strategy across subscribers, products, and channels for enterprise initiatives
- Assist in executing and monitoring test plans to enhance customer engagement and retention across various channels including email, on-site, app, social, and print
- Lead multi-faceted projects with several dependencies with colleagues across the department, helping drive projects from ideation to completion
- Request, collect, and analyze data from multiple sources and create and maintain timely and accurate reporting
- Collaborate with the local marketing team to ensure alignment
- Independently manage ad-hoc requests - negotiate scope, set expectations, define requirements, and manage tasks to completion
- Collaborate closely with enterprise data colleagues to access and develop necessary data and insights for informed marketing decision-making
- Partner with business stakeholders to further enhance a culture of data-driven decision-making and adoption of best practices
- Ensure the highest level of clear and timely communication with the team, key stakeholders, and other members within the organization.
- Keep abreast of digital marketing trends for regular innovation and best practices

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a track record of growth and development
- Two (2) years of experience focused on digital engagement, subscriptions, and/or subscriber engagement and retention
- Proficiency in communication and experience platforms such as email, web analytics, social, and on-site tools, with an emphasis on personalization and segmentation
- Excellent execution skills, highly detail-oriented with a bias for action
- An eager collaborator with growing project management skills
- Leads with data - adept at collecting and synthesizing data, uncovering insights, and delivering reports and recommendations to management
- Strong communication and writing skills, strategic thinking, data analysis, and staying updated with industry trends.
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, GA, Paid Platforms, Asana, Jira
- High ethics and integrity
- A self-starter with the ability to develop thoughtful strategies and execute flawlessly

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $34,200, and $70,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications, and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
