How you'll make an impact
Position Summary:
- Primarily focused on driving efforts to enhance sales force effectiveness through strategic sales programs and process improvements.
- Responsible for developing and executing strategies that enable sales representatives to optimize buyer interactions, build relationships, and close deals.
- Provides insights and tools to sales team in buyer behaviors, go-to-market processes, and performance measurement.
- Collaborates with leadership to drive business growth, manage sales operations, and ensure the achievement of market share, revenue, and margin goals
Key Responsiblilties:
- Developing and implementing strategies to optimize sales interactions and close deals;
- Contributing to the development of sales objectives, strategies, and processes;
- Providing training and support on company-wide sales initiatives;
- Collaborating with leadership to drive business growth and achieve sales goals;
- Representing the team in cross-functional projects.
- Faces function related problems that are sometimes difficult and moderately complex.
- Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes.
- Often leads the work of small project teams; may formally train junior staff.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in sales effectiveness or a related field.
- Proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Strong strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
