How you'll make an impact

As the Manager of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that may impact the organization's strategic objectives. Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Risk Management, you will collaborate with corporate functions and divisions from around the world to assist in maintaining a comprehensive enterprise risk management framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop risk reports, presentations, and meeting minutes for the Global Enterprise Risk Committee, including presenting on relevant topics as needed.
  • Support in the development and maintenance of program policies, intranet site, and awareness campaigns.
  • Key contributor to design, implement, and maintain the enterprise ERM system and associated dashboards. This includes providing system training, managing the vendor relationship, and monitoring for standardization across risks.
  • Establish a project management cadence to ensure mitigation strategies are implemented according to risk owner commitments.
  • Participate in risk management committee meetings as required and internal risk audits, and effectively communicate key discussion points to the global team.
  • Utilize analytical, technical, and research methods such as scenario testing or modeling to gain insights into the potential impact of risks.
  • Stay informed about industry risk survey results, analyze internal data and market trends, and scan the horizon to proactively identify emerging risks.
  • Communicate complex ideas or findings to the global team through summaries, reports, and presentations. Create dashboards and visualizations to illustrate key findings.
  • Contribute to other initiatives as needed to support the global program.

About You

Required:

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in risk management, business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise risk management, compliance, auditing, or similar field. Staff management experience is preferred.
  • Occasionally participate in global calls that may extend outside normal working hours.
  • Working knowledge with established ERM frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO31000, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of risk management application and assessment methodologies.
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient working knowledge with software programs relevant to the position (e.g., GRC tools, ERM software, Microsoft Office products, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to facilitate sessions with business partners and coordinate outcomes.
