How you'll make an impact
The Client Board Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive support to our clients, branch operations, and executive leadership team by managing client facing responsibilities, preparing client materials, scheduling meetings, maintaining communication, managing project timelines and deliverables and ensuring the timely delivery of services.
List of Essential Duties:
Key Client Board Manager duties include the following:
- Provide comprehensive support in preparing client materials, scheduling calls and board meetings, maintaining meeting minutes, and ensuring timely communication of Board decisions to relevant staff members.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, build consensus, and ensure support for strategic initiatives.
- Efficiently allocate resources, including time, personnel, and materials, to meet the demands of multiple tasks while simultaneously identifying and resolving issues that arise while juggling multiple tasks.
- Contribute to the preparation of regular and specialized reports for client-related documents, meetings, calls, and presentations, including preparing and delivering presentations and reports to communicate the progress and outcomes of strategic initiatives to stakeholders.
- Provide support to client boards, including managing training registrations, processing expense reimbursements, and performing other essential support functions.
- Facilitate client board meetings by meticulously preparing meeting materials and ensuring the boardroom is set up to professional standards.
- Provide support to the Executive Leadership team by assisting in the execution of strategic projects, including setting timelines, meetings, expense reporting, allocating resources, and monitoring progress to ensure successful completion.
- Support Executive level strategic initiatives by efficiently scheduling meetings, maintaining clear communication, managing expense reports, coordinating travel accommodations, and performing other critical functions to support client initiatives and projects.
- Support the preparation and planning of internal branch operation meetings by scheduling, drafting agendas and correspondence, taking detailed notes, and ensuring the completion of follow-up tasks.
- Collaborate closely with the accounting and compliance team to verify certificates of completion, process trustee expenditures for reimbursement, assist with annual audit preparations, and fulfill other trustee-related verification requirements.
- Cultivate strong oral and written communication skills, demonstrated by effective participation in client calls, meetings, and email correspondence.

About You
Education, Training, and Experience
- High School diploma/equivalent plus 3 years of directly applicable experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
