The Sales Specialist will support and partner with the US Sales team by onboarding new licensors, researching new customers, and driving sales leads. In partnership with account managers you will assist with daily operations, special projects, and general Sales team activities.

What You’ll Do

  • Support licensor Sales Manager with owning the onboarding of licensors that require one off buys as part of agreements
  • Working directly with new customer opportunities for onboarding/ research of inquiries to see good fits for wholesale customers
    • Manage the new account queue in Zendesk
  • Comb through soft leads for potential business in the form of new account opportunities
  • Assist in operations of wholesale catalog to ensure existing and future customer has access through a login portal
  • Support Customer meeting planning and manage Key Sales meetings notes
  • Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges
  • Support Sales with item set up and creation per customer requirements
  • Manage weekly Marketing calendar to be customer facing
  • Manage bi-weekly production adjustment reports
    • Create a customer facing document to provide the details to customer on skus that have been solicited
    • Coordinate retailer exclusive shifts with the account managers to ensure full visibility is provided
  • Maintain sales team distribution list and customer mapping
  • Support with creation of presentations for indie & licensor needs
  • Sales Rep/Account POC coverage when needed due to vacancies and out of office coverage
  • Support the learning and development of Sales SOP creation
  • Responsible for creating and distributing weekly sales decks/ order forms based on events in pop culture compared to available inventory.
    • Creates accurate order sheets for sales team to distribute to retailers.

What You’ll Bring

    • 3-5 years administrative experience working in a fast- paced team environment
    • Exceptional organizational planning and project management competencies
    • Microsoft office suite experience
    • Microsoft Excel skills to include pivot tables and creating formulas
    • Experience tracking, managing, and connecting projects across teams

Salary Information

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $27.69 - 34.62 hourly. ​Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Work Environment

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
