LOCATION: Coventry

WORKING PATTERN: Night Shift (Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday’s), 33 hours

Reports To: TEAM LEADER, PYS (Night Shift)

 

Role Purpose

The Quality Assurance Operative within the Pop Yourself! (PYS) team, you are responsible for the handling component of customer orders, from inbound all the way to outbound despatch of goods within the Funko fulfilment centre. The role is crucial to ensuring that customers receive their personalized items undamaged, on time, and in full to their designed specifications

 

What You’ll Do:

  • A keen eye for detail when looking for defects and product issues, with the ability to follow escalation paths to ensure each customer orders leave the facility at the Target standard.
  • Checking for damaged or missing items within each pick, pack and storage interfaces.
  • Assisting the Team Leader with order wave processing and Pack station order flows.
  • Taking goods to the appropriate storage space.
  • Keeping a careful record of the stock on the warehouse management system, so that it can be located quickly.
  • Operating a pump truck to move and rearrange stock and ensure that products are stored safely.
  • Ability to pick, pack and support orders through conveyor systems. You will also ensure orders are packaged and labelled correctly to prevent negative consumer sentiment.
  • Organising transfers and loading goods onto delivery vehicles.
  • Cleaning and maintaining the warehouse will form part of your daily routine.
  • With heavy equipment in operation warehouses can be dangerous places, so following workplace health and safety rules will be essential.

  • Initiative to work with minimal instruction or direction.
  • Ability to complete all physical requirements of the job, including standing and walking for your full shift.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and comfortable collaborating and participating in a team environment.
  • Working experience with a Warehouse Management System.
  • Proven ability to manage time efficiently and effectively.
  • Passionate about Funko and our products, good sense of humour with the drive and passion to make a difference.
