Core and Network Services Business Management Senior Director (Hybrid - 3 Days in Office)

Position Overview:

The Core and Network Services Business Management Senior Director reports to the Head of Core and Network Services within the Enterprise Operations & Technology (EO&T) Division of Freddie Mac. This position will require solid understanding of network infrastructure competencies and functions in order to ensure that the people, processes and technologies are all operating efficiently and effectively. This position is responsible for coordinating and leading financial, operational and reporting activities for department.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Management, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred
• 12+ years related work experience
• Shown professional experience with operational and organizational management, leadership of teams and enterprise-wide technology strategy
• Experience with budget/cost management

• Executive presence with very strong leadership attributes
• Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills
