Position Overview:
The Core and Network Services Business Management Senior Director reports to the Head of Core and Network Services within the Enterprise Operations & Technology (EO&T) Division of Freddie Mac. This position will require solid understanding of network infrastructure competencies and functions in order to ensure that the people, processes and technologies are all operating efficiently and effectively. This position is responsible for coordinating and leading financial, operational and reporting activities for department.

- Lead team financial and budget management
- Drive product and services roadmap discussions
Your Impact:
- Looks for methods to improve quality, efficiency, and productivity, reduce costs and improve control measures
- Works closely to develop and/or improve systems, processes, controls, and procedures that improve the overall efficiency of the team
- Works with leadership team to attract, recruit and retain talent
- Collaborates with the leadership team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the growth objectives of the security organization
- Demonstrates a willingness to take on new tasks with a general attitude that no task is too small, impossible, or cannot be improved.
- Champions a success-oriented, accountable environment within the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Management, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred
- 12+ years related work experience
- Shown professional experience with operational and organizational management, leadership of teams and enterprise-wide technology strategy
- Experience with budget/cost management

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $219,000 - $329,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
