Power Conversion module S/W engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Lead on China xHEV/BEV program power conversion S/W engineering design and release mainly include: OBC/DCDC/OBCC/OBGI.
  2. Cascade the Ford OBC/DCDC/OBCC/OBGI S/W requirement (IFS/SFR) to supplier and review supplier design to make sure meet Ford requirement.
  3. Tracking supplier S/W development & testing plan and other deliveries (Netcom, Diagnostic, Cybersecurity, AutoSAR and ASPICE) to meet program milestones.
  4. Lead and conduct high voltage vehicle level power conversion S/W validation and sign-off for China lead XEV program and complete each milestone deliverables on time.
  5. Participate into analysis on the issue found when physical validation & CAE simulation and provide technical comments on ICA/PCA.
  6. Lead OBC/DCDC/OBCC/OBGI S/W related quality issue investigation & solutions identification and global field issue solving.
  7. Regular communication with global team on China/FNA power conversion system development status, engage in troubleshooting on issues happened globally.
  8. China main charging related regulations tracking and market technical trend tracking and countermeasure plan support; Study/build test setup and procedure when new requirement is introduced

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Engineering background, EE/Power electronics, automation, etc. Perfect with HV background.
  2. Clear logic analysis and strong issue finding and trouble-shooting capability.
  3. Power conversion module supplier 3 years S/W design experience preferred
  4. Good knowledge of Netcom, Diagnostic, Cybersecurity, AutoSAR and ASPICE.
  5. Familiar with GB/ISO/DIN DC&AC charging protocols
  6. Familiar with GDPS or product development process.
  7. Good communication and presentation, Planning and Project Management Skills and Self-Starter capable of establishing processes and delivering results.
  8. Fluent in both oral and written English
