To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a 工艺工程师 Process Engineer located in 珠海 Zhuhai.
What a typical day looks like:
- 负责新产品导入, 制定新产品的工艺流程;
- 负责解决产品在线生产时发生的结构, 工艺等异常问题, 和产品质量问题的分析;
- 开发 / 维持 / 改善所有的制程及装配工艺, 以提高产品质量和客户需求;
- 作为客户稽核的对应窗口, 与客户和内部相关部门的积极沟通
- 机电一体或机电自动化专业 , 本科及以上学历
- 3 年以上 制造业组装工艺 工作经验
- 良好的英文书写能力, 与客户能够基本英文邮件沟通
- 性格外向, 积极主动, 善于与他人沟通探讨问题及解决问题
- 熟悉 塑胶件成型工艺 , 涂装工艺及其关键流程, 对 五金件生产工艺 , 及其表面处理, 关键流程有一定了解
- 熟练分析组装过程中产生的结构问题及制作相应分析报告, 能够根据原因采取有效解决问题的临时对策及长期对策
- 能够使用 Creo, SolidWorks 等 3D 软 件对产品 3D 或者零件 3D 进行查看及协助分析问题
- 能够根据经验制作产品报价工艺数据, 如生产人力, 生产时间 , 使用何种间接物料, 工具夹具, 设备投资估计等数据 (RFQ IE DATA)
- 能够根据组装经验及产品结构经验制作 DFA 报告及产品生产操作指引 (OI)
- 能够能够看懂产品 BOM 结构并根据产品结构熟练制作组装工艺流程图 (Assembly flowchart) , 能够根据产品工艺及结构制作 PFMEA
- 掌握斑马打印机标签脚本制作 , 及标签打印常见问题解决
- 对 MES 系统原理有一定了解, 能够熟练制作产品 MES 追溯流程图, 能够提供足够 MES 开发产品追溯防呆系统所需资料, 及 MES 系统生产过程中问题的迅速解决
- 能够运用 CPK 等工具对数据进行分析
- 对公差分析 (TSA) , 声学原理, 空气动力原理及影响因素有一定了解
- 熟悉以下 机器设备 工作原理, 常见问题及解决方法:气缸压接机, 伺服压接机, 三轴 - 四轴点胶机, 自动锁螺丝机, 自动焊锡机, 斑马打印机, 碰焊机, 镭射焊接机
