Job Summary
What a typical day looks like 工作职责 :
- New model handle for PVT build, work with related team (DFM/RD) to solve DFM/process issues. 新产品 PVT 生产跟踪, 并推动相关成员改善 DFM/ 制程不良
- Prepare all assembly fixture list and requirement, work with supplier for the fixture build, and new fixture receive and verify. 制作所有的组装治工具 / 设备清单, 推动供应商制作治工具制作, 以及新治工具验收及确认
- Prepare flowchart/Control plan/PFMEA related document. 制作工艺流程 / 制程控制计划 /PFMEA 等报告
- Work instruction prepare and maintenance base on BOM update and Kaizen project. 作业指示制作及参照 BOM 表进行维护, 产线改善及报告
- Process troubling shooting work out the root cause and corrective action.制程不良的分析, 原因查找及改善对策提供
- Productivity improvement and process optimize. 制程改善及优化

- At least 5 years working experience on Power supply field. 具备 5 年以上电源领域相关工作经验
- Good knowledge on IPC- 610-E standard. 熟悉IPC-610-E标准
- Good knowledge of DFM guideline. 熟悉DFM标准
- Good knowledge of power supplier manufacturing process. 熟悉电源产品制作工艺流程
- Familiar English skill, must can read and write. 熟练读写英语
