  • Define and implement strategies to scale our abstraction workforce to meet our growing abstraction demand
  • Partner with cross functional teams including product development, software engineering, and business development, to execute our abstraction efficiency plan, dynamically adapt to changes, and drive new data capability development forward in Japan
  • Working with experts in our Compliance, Quality and Regulatory Policy teams, identify and implement documentation, governance, and training policies required for generating regulators' buy-in for our Unstructured Data Processing methodologies in Japan
  • Advocate for operational and technical solutions that accelerate progress, promote reliability and sustainability of our business processes
  • Lead problem-solving discussions with internal stakeholders to ensure teams are collectively making data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to define data quality control strategies related to abstraction and workforce proficiency
