Information Security Engineer II

Overview

This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.

Mitigate exposure to cyber threats, security risks, and unauthorized access. Administer tools or process that secure assigned technical areas and data. Assess organizational networks, applications, or systems for potential vulnerabilities. Protect assets and information through a variety of methods, resolving security issues or incidents as they arise. Investigate and resolve security incident which may include unauthorized access, malware infections, configuration anomalies, cyber attacks, and other risks. Maintain a strong knowledge of industry practices, technology, and evolving threats in order to enhance defenses for the Bank's information systems and resources. This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.

Qualifications

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field plus four (4) years of experience in the job offered or four (4) years of experience as a Software Developer, Technical Lead, Network Engineer or a related occupation. Alternatively, the employer will accept a High School Diploma/GED plus twelve (12) years of experience in the job offered or twelve (12) years of experience as a Software Developer, Technical Lead, Network Engineer or a related occupation.

Position requires experience in Active Directory administration and user provisioning. Requires understanding of data security practices, procedures, monitoring and alert tools, and risk management standards. Requires experience in Domain Name System, Group Policy Objects, New Technology File System permissions, File Shares, SharePoint, and Domain controllers. Requires experience in Identity and Access Management concepts and technologies. Requires knowledge of data security practices, procedures, monitoring and alert tools, and risk management standards. The base pay for this position is generally between $150,134 and $167,464 per year. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
