Responsibilities

What will you contribute?

Working as part of the Global Payroll team you will be based in Bucharest-Romania, and reporting to the regional Payroll Lead, this role is to administrate the payroll function, consistently delivering to high-quality standards and working to inflexible deadlines. .

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Your deliverables as Payroll Analyst will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • On-time release of payment files and/or manual payment schedules - salaries & contributions
  • Responsibility for payroll journal postings - ERP system NetSuite
  • Reconciliation of monthly Payroll, review and verify payroll data
  • Reconciliation of BS (Control Accounts & clearance of balances) - ERP Blackline
  • Ensuring timely process by Payroll providers
  • Verification of payroll reports, and delivery of salaries and other dues to the relevant parties
  • Processing EMEA entities payroll
  • Cash-flow forecasting
  • Supporting the delivery of ad-hoc projects
  • Mentoring other team members in best practices and standards
  • Liaison with the Treasury team on funding requirements

Required Experience:

  • 3 years experience in the payroll process
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders internally, and demonstrates resilience when handling challenge
  • Experience with multi-country payrolls - a definite advantage but not mandatory
  • Fluency in English and MS Office knowledge (Excel medium level)
  • Overview of HR Operations processes an advantage.
  • Overview of Payroll accounting processes an advantage
