Responsibilities
What will you contribute?
Working as part of the Global Payroll team you will be based in Bucharest-Romania, and reporting to the regional Payroll Lead, this role is to administrate the payroll function, consistently delivering to high-quality standards and working to inflexible deadlines. .
Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Your deliverables as Payroll Analyst will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- On-time release of payment files and/or manual payment schedules - salaries & contributions
- Responsibility for payroll journal postings - ERP system NetSuite
- Reconciliation of monthly Payroll, review and verify payroll data
- Reconciliation of BS (Control Accounts & clearance of balances) - ERP Blackline
- Ensuring timely process by Payroll providers
- Verification of payroll reports, and delivery of salaries and other dues to the relevant parties
- Processing EMEA entities payroll
- Cash-flow forecasting
- Supporting the delivery of ad-hoc projects
- Mentoring other team members in best practices and standards
- Liaison with the Treasury team on funding requirements
Required Experience:
- 3 years experience in the payroll process
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders internally, and demonstrates resilience when handling challenge
- Experience with multi-country payrolls - a definite advantage but not mandatory
- Fluency in English and MS Office knowledge (Excel medium level)
- Overview of HR Operations processes an advantage.
- Overview of Payroll accounting processes an advantage
