Responsibilities
What will you contribute?
As the Director of Midas Practice, you will lead a profitable professional services practice, ensuring that customer commitments are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will involve overseeing project management activities across the Midas and FPM product portfolios, proactively managing customer relationships to ensure their success, and overseeing the technical aspects of implementations and upgrades. Additionally, you will manage a team of Consultants and Project Managers, collaborate with Product and Customer Support teams, and travel to meet customers as needed.
Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Ensure the Midas services practice is profitable and meets customer commitments.
- Lead pre-sales activities, including project scoping, estimations, and SOWs for Midas and FPM implementations and upgrades.
- Oversee project management to ensure timely and quality delivery of project deliverables.
- Manage customer relationships to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
- Oversee and manage the technical aspects of Midas and FPM implementations and upgrades.
- Investigate and resolve technical defects related to projects implementations.
- Manage and allocate resources for a team of Consultants and Project Managers.
- Collaborate with Product and Customer Support teams to align delivery and support timelines with project plans.
- Develop excellent relationships with customers and ensure their needs are met.
Required Experience:
- Significant experience with Midas and/or core banking software.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in pre-sales activities, including project scoping, estimations, and SOWs.
- Strong project management experience, particularly in software implementation and deployment.
- Customer management skills with a focus on ensuring customer success.
- Technical expertise in Midas and FPM implementations and upgrades.
- Must have completed a Bachelor's Degree
