Squad Leader, PMA After-Tax Benchmarks

The Role

Do you want to be part of a growing Wealth Management Technology team implementing cutting edge solutions to meet the expanding needs of both our institutional and retail businesses?

We are looking for a Squad Leader of PMA After-Tax Benchmarks to become a member of the leadership team for the Performance Measurement & Analysis (PMA) product area, where your squad will plan, design, and implement an industry-leading approach to benchmarking after-tax performance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with industry experts, asset management, and wealth product teams to define the methodology that will be used as a measure of after-tax benchmark performance for portfolios across the Fidelity enterprise.
  • Establish a clear product roadmap and convey vision for related capabilities to squad members and business partners.
  • Drive execution of the product roadmap by leading a highly engaged squad to iterative success.
  • Establish meaningful squad objectives and regularly measure progress toward clear KPIs.
  • Build awareness of industry and competitive factors influencing investment performance reporting. Advocate for the platform across the enterprise and partner with other leaders in the product area on overall vision.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • CIPM, CFA, or related experience preferred.
  • Ten plus (10+) years of progressive financial services experience
  • Strong experience in investment performance measurement and/or managed account solutions
  • Track record leading team delivery in an agile environment
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to understand and resolve complex problems
  • Understanding of portfolio accounting, modern portfolio theory, and related concepts of risk and return
  • Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to audiences at all levels of the organization

The Team

The Performance Measurement & Analysis product area is part of Fidelity's Institutional Technology organization. We are responsible for a proprietary, enterprise-scale investment performance platform and contribute to several of Fidelity's rapidly growing and most critical business areas. We partner closely with asset management, advisory product, and digital experience teams focused on offerings for both institutional and retail clients.
