The Role
As a Squad Lead within the AccessHub group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the connectivity strategy for our modern Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform. This role blends leadership, product ownership, and technical expertise to drive the development and integration of scalable connectivity patterns, with a focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ.
In this position, you will serve as the product owner for your squad, responsible for defining and refining the mission, setting strategic direction, and ensuring successful tactical execution. You will manage the product backlog, prioritize initiatives, and align delivery timelines with broader organizational goals. Collaboration is key-you will work closely with other product leaders, agile coaches, chapter leads, and enterprise architects to ensure alignment, surface diverse perspectives, and drive cohesive decision-making.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Proven experience in IT product management, ideally within a cybersecurity environment, with a focus on implementing commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) cybersecurity solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to define strategic roadmaps and drive execution aligned with business priorities.
- Strong leadership in problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration, effectively bridging business and technology teams in a highly matrixed organization.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to collaborate, negotiate, and refine requirements in partnership with business counterparts.
- Must have deep expertise in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain, including familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM), authentication protocols, and related technologies.
- Solid product management capabilities, including roadmap development, risk management, status reporting, and ensuring operational stability and security of delivered solutions.
- Strong innovation mindset with the ability to design scalable, efficient solutions that maximize squad capacity and impact.
- Industry-recognized cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are a plus.
- Prior people management experience is preferred, including mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.

The Workforce Identity & Access Management product line team provides provisioning, lifecycle management and control assessment solutions to technology teams and applications across Fidelity's business units. We are responsible for providing capabilities that provide secure, stable access in a manner which ultimately improves Fidelity's risk posture, ensures compliance with policy standards, and reduces the overall cybersecurity threat landscape facing the firm.
