The Role
As the Senior Program Manager on the Health Care Integrated Client Delivery team, you are a highly motivated and dedicated leader. This role is pivotal in leading a portfolio of work focused on process improvements and creating efficiencies across Client Delivery. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-learner who thrives in dynamic environments and excels at writing and maintaining documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Responsible for a diverse portfolio of projects aimed at enhancing process efficiencies and driving continuous improvement within Client Delivery.
- Process Improvement: Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements to optimize operational workflows and enhance Client Delivery.
- Documentation: Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive documentation for processes, procedures, and project plans.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operational and IT departments, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on project performance metrics, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred with 5+ years' experience or Masters with 3+ years of experience.
- Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with which you influence decisions and engage across Fidelity and at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Continuous improvement approach and encourage automation and forward thinking.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Possess experienced knowledge in the end-to-end process of Fidelity Health Care Client Delivery
