Senior Manager, SPS Product Offering

The Stock Plan Services (SPS) Product Domain exists to focus and deliver upon the needs of our Stock Plan Clients and their Participants. The domain focuses on four major tenets in operating principles and design decisions:
- Delivering Customer Value: Listening and adapting to our customers' (Sponsors and Participants) needs to deliver the best SPS and NQ experience.
- Enabling Growth: Developing new capabilities to attract prospects and enable us to enter new markets
- Driving Scale and Efficiency: The opportunity to bring value in our market starts with reducing unit costs.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Celebrating differing voices and perspectives in our products and our people.
The Role
As the Senior Manager, SPS Product Offering, you will be part of a team accountable for the strategy and execution of our internal go-to-market strategy. Key areas of focus will be:
- Driving awareness and confidence in the product strategy and roadmap with our internal partners
- Partnership with marketing to package our product deliverables into a broader story, ensuring the what, why, when are clear
- Increasing efficiency for our internal work intake, business readiness processes, and overall feedback loop processes and communications
You will partner closely with our SPS Marketing team, Sales, Relationship Management, and within Product.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5+ years of financial services work experience, with stock plan experience a plus
- Experience in stock plan and product communications desired
- Strong written product communication and organizational skills
- Understanding of SPS product and ability to articulate value prop in a consumable way
- Creative and data driven approach to developing engaging internal communications
- Ability to balance multiple priorities at once

- Serve as our product content lead, managing our product guide, job aids, sales demo, and other communications
- Empower our stakeholders to clearly understand our product offering today and upcoming deliverables
- Drive consistency and accuracy of our product documentation and content
- Support the SPS Product Offering Leader in assessing new product ideas
