The Role

The Business Execution and Controls team within Fidelity Digital Assets is looking for a Senior Manager primarily accountable for the fulfillment of requests from clients and prospects in support of the Client Service, Sales, Operations, and Management teams.

This role will play a key part in the successful management of content, process, delivery and communication related to all Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP), Due Diligence requests (DD), quarterly, monthly client/consultant/auditor questionnaires and ad hoc requests. A successful candidate will develop and use their knowledge of the Fidelity Digital Assets business and products to proactively take initiative, provide support and drive these requests to successful completion.

The Senior Manager will also support cross-functional initiatives and programs (as needed) and serve as a key resource for analytics, logistics, and data management for core control programs such as operational incident management, process redesign, and product implementations.
