Job Description:
The Role
You are an upbeat colleague who loves working collaboratively with teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your focus will be to drive transparency, coordination and prioritization across how we deliver the best of Fidelity to Fidelity Wealth prospects and clients via GTM strategies.
As the Director of the Wealth Commercialization, you will be accountable for:
- Rationalizing key business partners' roadmaps into a broader wealth commercialization view
- Supporting and actively driving the prioritization process for shared resources across the Wealth domain
- Understanding and rationalizing key business partner needs with capacity constraints with partner teams
- Clearly communicating priorities and next steps
- Driving the quarterly/annual planning process for Wealth Engagement team and providing transparency within and beyond the WMRO organization
- Facilitating team quarterly/annual planning and team health
- Collecting and helping to facilitate prioritization of asks of shared resources, e.g., Marketing, UXD, UXC, CKSI
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of proven experience in financial services, with focus in digital experience, client communications or distribution support
- Understanding of Fidelity's retail distribution model, digital experience platforms, advisory offerings, and financial planning capabilities
- You value pace over perfection, enjoy both big picture strategic thinking and hands-on work, and are a collaborative partner who values commitment to team.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- A learning and growth demeanor
- Ability to drive alignment between partners across the organization
- Cross-functional collaboration skills to navigate a matrixed environment with a range of priorities and perspective.
- Strong project management skills and driven to own several initiatives at once
The Team
The Engagement team is a critical part of the Wealth Management and Retirement Offering team in the Wealth Solutions (WS) domain. The role partners across Fidelity Wealth, Brokerage, Workplace, Marketing, CKSI, Distribution, Legal, Risk and Compliance to deliver the best of Fidelity to Wealth clients.
