The Role

As an individual contributor in the role of Director, Lead Generation Marketing, you will be responsible for strategizing, developing, and implementing lead generation marketing campaigns directly for top and mid acquisition funnel engagement via a variety of channels. To effectively build marketing lead generation programs that drive impact and contributes to business goals, you'll work with business partners and other collaborators on the team to craft the strategy, make recommendations, and implement programming. Some of the specific competencies we seek:

  • Strategic Architect - Crafting and implementing strategic lead generation and nurturing campaigns that delivered pre-qualified leads to the bottom line.
  • Data-Driven Mindset - Utilizing data and insights to uncover findings and fine-tuning programs for maximum impact.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirited - Embraces "newness" and excitement for the challenges that come along with building a business.
  • Get-it-Done Doer - Grit and determination to deliver, with the flexibility to adapt to changes along the way.
  • Collaboration Agent - Forging positive relationships and collaborations across the team, Stock Plan Services partners, and other business unit teams.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • 7+ years of successful experience in creating proven and results-driven demand generation campaigns; ideally with some of those years in a start-up and/or Saas market environment.
  • Experience with growth strategy using all acquisition marketing channels including owned and operated channels, business development, social and events.
  • Depth of experience of building and driving marketing strategies, and aptness to modify and adapt those strategies with the changing needs of the ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical skills: taking data, information, and insights to advise approach.
  • Hands on experience and general working knowledge of marketing tech stack tools such as Hubspot, SalesForce.
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills, and strong presentation skills.
  • High-degree of comfort with working in a highly matrixed and fast-paced, global company.
  • Bachelor or equivalent degree with relevant major preferred.

Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs. Currently, most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of one assigned week per four-week period (beginning in September 2024, the requirement will be two full assigned weeks).
