Fidelity Real Estate is seeking a Director for Investor Center Partnerships Operations!
The Role
Investor Centers Partnerships encompasses the retail branch portfolio within Fidelity Real Estate which spans across 38 states and the District of Columbia, totals 1.7 million SF, and across 217 locations.
The Director will foster a culture that prioritizes client service, operational reliability and resilience, and drive asset value through effective expense management and infrastructure planning. Collaborate with many groups inside and out of Fidelity Real Estate including Leasing and Transactions, Project Design and Delivery, Finance, Branch Operations, Procurement, Security, and the Wealth Team Leadership is key to success. This role will have a dedicated team of internal and vendor resources.

This role reports to the Vice President, Investor Center Partnerships.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Direct experience managing a national portfolio of retail locations.
- Expert in building high performing teams and driving accountability.
- Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise-wide initiatives and drive process transformation.
- Bachelor's degree in business, design, facilities management, engineering, or other related areas. Graduate degree or equivalent preferred.
- 10+ years of real estate management experience with increasing responsibility.
- Demonstrated strength in asset and facilities management, strategy, process alignment and execution.
- Drives collaboration amongst multiple partners and operational consistency across locations.
- Excels at presentation, communications, and listening skills.
- A strategic problem solver with balance of transactional and transformational experience to support program initiatives.
- Leading, planning, analyzing, and developing preferred operational standards and managing resources to deploy strategic real estate service solutions.
- Partnering with Wealth Leadership and the Real Estate Team to align priorities, develop and implement portfolio programs and projects.
- Ensuring vendor resources provide quality property and facility management services per contractual agreements, with a focus on operational excellence, risk mitigation, and business continuity, managing day-to-day functions of facilities management, repairs and maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, and related services.
- Financial stewardship: managing vendors, reviewing and approving all building expenses and working closely with Finance on tracking, validating, and controlling costs.
- Partnering with Engineering Services to achieve consistent standards and performance across regions.
- Cultivating key partnerships with Global Security & Investigations, Enterprise Infrastructure and Enterprise Business Resiliency to ensure that business unit contingency needs are met during an event.
- Developing an annual and multi-year operating and infrastructure capital plan to be presented to senior leaders on an ongoing basis.
- Supporting the Sustainability Office and Regional Sustainability Workstreams to develop and implement solutions that promote environmental initiatives.

Other Requirements
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
- Support critical building shutdowns and providing 24X7 on-call coverage for all branch operations disruptions and critical issues.
