The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Analyst to support the VP of Strategy and Planning in scaling and maturing the Fidelity Stock Transfer business. This role will play a critical part in driving operational perfection, supporting strategic initiatives, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the business. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, diligent, enjoys working cross-functionally, and thrives in a startup-like environment.

The Work You Will Do:

• Produce data-driven insights and reports to support decision-making, identify trends, and surface opportunities.
• Support the GTM efforts by delivering customer segmentation analyses and market insights.
• Assist in the preparation of materials for leadership meetings, investment committees, and quarterly planning sessions.
• Support the development and execution of business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Contribute to the development of business cases for new opportunities and initiatives.
• Take ownership of ad hoc projects where clear ownership may not exist, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.

• Experience in business operations, strategy, or financial analysis.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a bias toward action.
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics and unit economics is a plus.
• Experience in financial services or fintech is highly preferred.
• Exposure to strategic planning or corporate development.

• Strong analytics skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret data f.rom multiple sources.
• Proficient in Excel, data visualization tools (Power BI preferred), and CRM software (Hubspot and Salesforce preferred).
• Extreme attention to detail with a focus on delivering accurate and high-quality results.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
