We are seeking to recruit an IT Enterprise Analyst with 2 to 4 years of technical experience to join our team. This role will be responsible for the development and maintenance of enterprise-wide applications, incorporating industry-standard practices. Ideal candidates will be adept in Python or Proficient in PL/SQL and willing to learn Salesforce.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain applications using Python and PL/SQL, adhering to industry-standard practices.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand the requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code that adheres to best practices and design principles.
- Develop and implement Python scripts for data manipulation and process automation.
- Create complex database queries using PL/SQL for data retrieval, analysis, and manipulation.
- Participate in system upgrades, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and deployment, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
- Provide technical support and training to users on Python and PL/SQL applications and systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring efficient and optimal system performance.
- Participate in the evaluation of new technologies and systems to optimize performance.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
Qualifications:
- Salesforce experience
- Python or SQL is very nice to have
- Good Communication Skills
- Ability to understand end user issues
- Technical hands-on experience
- Able to work independently and excel in a collaborative environment
- Ability to trouble shoot
- Demonstrated knowledge of applicable IT systems /applications
- Ability to develop new systems and tools
- Experience in documenting and maintaining up to date systems procedures
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Experience in performing in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements
