Job Description
As a valued leader on our account team, you will manage a team promoting and selling Fannie Mae mortgage-related products and services. In this role, you will support targeted outbound call campaigns to existing Fannie Mae clients to promote, position, and drive adoption of our mortgage-related products, technology solutions, and services.

The Senior Manager - Client Engagement and Sales role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Ensure targeted outbound call campaigns promote and drive adoption of Fannie Mae's mortgage-related products and services.
- Oversee the team responsible for high-volume outbound calls to existing clients, including lenders, servicers, and housing partners.
- Drive sales opportunities, generate leads, and qualify prospects for follow-up by internal account teams.
- Ensure accurate documentation of interactions and outcomes within CRM systems is created and maintained.
- Review and manage monthly performance targets, including call volume, conversion rate, and engagement KPIs.
- Manage a team focused on developing customer relationships across business units and/or customer accounts.
- Identify executives, managers, and team members to support customer relationships.
- Assist with developing a plan to promote Fannie Mae's products and services to make sure people across the country have access to affordable financing opportunities.
- Provide strategic support and direction for operational activities.
- Provide subject matter expertise, best practices, and recommendations to leadership.
- Lead key projects for the business unit and enterprise.
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences
- At least 6 years of experience in mortgage origination, processing, capital markets, underwriting, or servicing.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an outbound call center or inside sales role.
- Prior people management experience. Strong leadership skills to include leading teams, giving feedback, facilitating meetings, and coaching and mentoring. Ability to motivate, coach and manage tenured mortgage professionals.
- Process improvement experience (certification preferred); Lean management or Six Sigma.
- Experience in metrics-based management to include dashboard, scorecards.
- Experience with workforce management and process mapping.
- Ability to manage through change and be a change agent for your team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
Desired Experiences
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- 6+ years mortgage experience.

Target Pay Range: $121,000 - $158,000.

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
