Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team, you will contribute to managing the administration, strategic planning and operations of an assigned portfolio. In this role, you will monitor, provide analysis, and report on the end-to-end execution of business processes using enterprise systems for effective tracking and reporting.

  • Support a portfolio's vision and strategic objectives
  • Analyze portfolio progress and enact changes, along with reporting portfolio performance to key stakeholders
  • Evaluate risk of current assets, while complying with governance and controls

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experience

  • 2 years of relevant experience

Desired Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of experience in Multifamily or Commercial Real Estate, with a strong preference for backgrounds in Asset Management or Underwriting
  • Familiarity with the Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS) program is highly desirable
  • Loan management expertise, including handling non-monetary default notifications, loan classification, fraud detection, and loan origination
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade, facilitate meetings, and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
  • Risk assessment and mitigation capabilities, including control evaluation and design, impact assessments, gap identification, and remediation planning
  • Relationship management skills, with experience engaging stakeholders and clients, and building strong professional networks
  • Skilled in gathering and synthesizing information to explain complex concepts and respond to critical inquiries
  • Financial evaluation experience, including assessing businesses, projects, budgets, and financial instruments for viability and performance
  • Project management proficiency, with a track record of successfully managing plans, resources, and teams to meet objectives
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally and respectfully toward shared goals
  • Business acumen, including advising on strategy, designing business models, interpreting market insights, forecasting, and benchmarking
  • Advanced Excel skills, with experience in data analysis and modeling
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Access

Target Pay Range: $94,000 - $122,00 a year

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
