Job Description
As a valued colleague on our team, you will perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as daily calendar management, arranging travel, and maintaining general reporting files.
THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The Executive Administrative Assistant role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Perform administrative, analytical, and reporting tasks to assist in maintaining and enhancing communication and performance throughout the assigned organization
- Plan logistics, support and execute activities for teams or business groups.
- Liaise with teams or business groups in achievement of divisional goals or objectives
This position which will be based in our Reston, VA office with occasional need to visit the Washington, DC office.
Qualifications:
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences & Skills
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a Senior Administration Support role
- Must have calendar management experience
- Prior experience with travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams).
- Soft skill must-haves: excellent communication skills, strong decision making skills, understanding of prioritization and ability to build strong relationships across the team
Desired Experiences
- 4+ years of experience supporting executive level leadership
- Working in the technology or financial industry
- Knowledge of SharePoint

Target Salary Range: $60,000 - $79,000 a year

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
