The Lead Software Engineer should have exceptional leadership skills to drive excellence in .Net. The Lead must be able to provide guidance and mentorship to his team members. The individual must be comfortable working in a very fast-paced, busy environment. Good communication skills and must be a team player.

This is an Onsite role.
What you will do:
- Work as an individual contributor.
- Analyze, design and develop web applications.
- Code and develop module independently.
- Documentation and defining best practices.
- Coding and unit testing.
- Ensure compliance with standards.
- Analyze and recommend solutions for Web and mobile applications.
- Analyze business practices and processes to determine best practice strategies to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
Who you are:
- 8+ years of working hands-on experience in .NET based windows and web application development.
- Hands on experience with MVC, WCF - Web API and related .NET technologies and frameworks.
- Hands on experience in KnockoutJS, Angular JS, JAVA Script, jQuery.
- Hands on experience in ASP.NET, .NET Core, MS SQL, NOSQL, and C#
- Should be well versed with standard design patterns.
- Hands on experience in cloud technologies such as AWS / AZURE.
- Should have sound knowledge of AWS / Azure.
