We are looking for a “Project Manager II” to join one of our Leading Healthcare Client.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager II to lead and oversee small to large-scale business-focused projects (non-IT). The role involves managing all aspects of one or more complex, mission-critical projects throughout the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure successful execution from initiation through completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with project sponsors, business units, and end users to align project goals with organizational priorities.
• Implement and manage project plans, processes, tools, and reporting structures.
• Assign and guide team members to meet project milestones, ensuring high-quality delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
• Proactively monitor project progress and risks, providing expert guidance and resolution as needed.
• Regularly report project status, risks, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of project management experience, with a strong focus on business operations and non-IT initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage multi-dimensional projects involving various departments.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle and project management best practices.
