Our client, a leading organization in the product development sector, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of the artwork and labeling department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong proofreading skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Alameda, CA

Pay Range: $34/hr 

What's the Job?

  • Manage the development and implementation process of products and services involving departmental or cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare project plans, schedules, and budgets using project management tools.
  • Direct project execution by assigning tasks, tracking schedules, and identifying risks.
  • Ensure project quality by utilizing standard development methodologies.
  • Communicate project status through standard reports and participation in status update meetings.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of related work experience, or a Master's degree with 0-2 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Strong proofreading and editing skills, with familiarity in the creation process for layout and design.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience in project management or coordination is highly important.
  • A background in advertising, editing, or artwork is beneficial.
