Eaton's North American Sales division is currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Coordinator. This hybrid role is based at our Arden, NC location.

What you'll do:

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding and development of our partners, ensuring they are fully integrated and capable of contributing to our organizational goals, while maintaining a high-volume project coordinator workload spanning across all project sizes. You will act as a mentor, subject matter expert (SME), and guide for continuous improvement (CI) processes, while also managing post-order relationship management to foster long-term partnerships.

In this function you will:

  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with internal and external customers within your designated territory or vertical segment.
  • Accurately process project orders using prescribed tools and applications, leveraging CI, EBS, and SOPs to enhance efficiency and customer loyalty.
  • Ensure proactive project management through timely and precise communication with internal partners (Operations, Credit, Sales) and external customers regarding scheduling, expediting, change orders, logistics, and financial order management.
  • Advocate for customers by consistently utilizing EBS, CI, and problem-solving skills to create value for all stakeholders.
  • Manage a high volume of daily customer activities, providing directions, solutions, and updates, and offering backup support for teammates when necessary.
  • Provide proactive support on complex orders.
  • Successfully onboard and develop partners, ensuring they are well-integrated and capable of contributing to organizational goals.
  • Identify training gaps and ensure ongoing communication and alignment between QRO and Avery Creek.
  • Drive collaboration, cross-functional excellence, and communication to advance the customer, sales, operations, and support teams.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience
  • Sponsorship is not available. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring company sponsorship now and in the future.
  • Relocation is not available. Candidates must live within a 50 mile radius of Arden, North Carolina.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of Customer Service or Project Management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with emphasis on Power BI, Forms, Teams, and other digital tools
  • LEAN, CI project utilization
  • Experience writing, publishing, and producing SOP's, CI Processes, training and onboarding documentation.
  • SME in Eaton's proprietary business applications in addition to Salesforce and/or SAP
  • Experience and proficient in training and onboarding new professionals with high retention rates.
  • Ability to manage various responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining a high volume complex workload
  • Actively leading or participating as a SME in one of Eaton's digital tools, SAP or Salesforce

Position Criteria:

  • Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills, including excellence in written and verbal communication.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in typing.
  • Proficient in creative problem-solving, conflict resolution, and managing priorities.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills for managing a high volume of competing tasks.
  • Demonstrated leadership, ownership, and a passion for excellence in all aspects of the role.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $82500.03 - $121000.04 a year.
