Job Title: IT Portfolio Manager

Location: Golden Valley, MN (Hybrid)
Hourly Rate: $55-$60/hr W2
Conversion Salary: $85k-$90k/yr +bonus/benefits
Responsibilities:
- Manage two portfolios of IT projects owned by the CIO and Sr. Director IT Strategy and representing approximately 20-30 projects per year and $10-15M of total annual investment.
- Manage the intake process for new project requests or funding requests. Help IT leaders and project managers navigate the process to request funding, complete a business case template, and obtain decisions. This requires close coordination with counterparts in the central project office and our technology provider.
- Assist the portfolio business sponsors with annual planning deliverables, including prioritization, scenario development, and documenting potential trade-offs. Coordinate development of high level portfolio roadmaps and annual KPI targets.
- Monitor status of in-flight projects, including accomplishments, financials, risks, and progress against major milestones.
- Facilitate monthly portfolio review meetings for decision making regarding project funding, scope and schedule changes.
- Help prepare materials and talking points for monthly executive review meetings.
- Facilitate a quarterly executive level IT Steering Board meeting and coordinate the collection and assembly of slide content from various leaders into the presentation.
