Job Description Summary
The CPM TX is responsible for all resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering.
Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning and execution of services and supplies contracts for assigned customer.
- Act as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns covering a wide variety of support services offered for assigned region, product, or coverage area.
- P&L leader with accountability in financial objectives against Op Plan for the year.
- Responsible for financial results of contracts executed to perform within the as-sold budget.
- Support Sales team to identify and pursue commercial opportunities.
- Execute strategy for portfolio growth
- Responsible for operational KPIs regarding Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
- Responsible for knowledge of assigned region, coverage area, or product lines, their associated configuration installations, and represents the most direct access to all appropriate internal functions to support the customer.
- Establish and maintain contact to provide on-going technical and business support to assigned customers in designated geographic region or coverage area.
- Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
- Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.
- Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field.
- Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
Required Qualifications
- This position requires some experience in the Services & Customer Service Management.
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- This position requires prior experience in a customer facing role.
- This position requires at least 3 years of relevant experience in the energy generation industry.
- The candidate should be willing and able to travel at least 50% of the time.
Desired Characteristics
- Prior experience executing contracts with CFE would be highly desired.
- Prior experience in roles related to contract management or planning and execution of outages in combined/simple cycle power plants.
- Leadership to influence other team members while not necessarily reporting directly with the services organization.
- Established project management skills.
