- Provide support to the manufacturing and product development organization to facilitate efficient operations within the production area.
- Monitor and develop the performance of equipment, machines, and tools, addressing any issues that affect product quality.
- Initiate and complete technical activities leading to new or improved products or processes, aligning with the company's strategic goals.
- Analyze and solve complex problems using engineering principles and innovative approaches.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external customers to integrate new products or processes into existing manufacturing areas.

What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree plus 2-5+ years of related work experience in manufacturing, specifically in catheter manufacturing.
- Basic technical knowledge of engineering concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to analyze problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.
- Willingness to mentor and support new engineers and employees.
