Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Provide support to the manufacturing and product development organization to facilitate efficient operations within the production area.
  • Monitor and develop performance of equipment, machines, and tools, correcting any issues that produce non-conforming products.
  • Interface with Quality and Research and Development organizations to integrate new products or processes into existing manufacturing areas.
  • Analyze and solve complex engineering problems using innovative approaches.
  • Mentor new engineers and employees, sharing technical expertise and providing guidance.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree plus 2-5+ years of related work experience in manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in catheter manufacturing is required.
  • Basic technical knowledge of engineering concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact cross-functionally.
  • Strong communication skills to present findings and collaborate with internal and external customers.
