Our client, a leading organization in the non profit sector, is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join their team. As a Compliance Analyst, you will be part of the Payment Quality Assurance (PQA) team supporting various management levels and the Audit Committee. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Compliance Analyst

Location: Washington, District Of Columbia

Pay Range: Competitive

What's the Job?

  • Planning and performing assessments to determine improper payments in accordance with applicable rules and guidelines.
  • Preparing clear and concise workpapers, and other communications to document the assessment procedures performed and exceptions identified.
  • Communicating assessment status and results, in oral or written format, to program participants and PQA management.
  • Reviewing and providing feedback on work paper documentation.
  • Performing project management duties over individual workload.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Audit, Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • 1-2 years of overall experience, including at least 1 year in Auditing/Compliance.
  • Experience in the Telecommunications Industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards.
