As a Data/Technical Analyst, you will be part of the Analytics and Process Solutions department supporting various teams. What's the Job?
- Conduct data analysis to develop insights and support decision-making processes.
- Facilitate data and process gathering sessions to design and document organizational processes.
- Develop training and educational materials to enhance understanding of new processes.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement new processes and ensure transparency across the organization.
- Create and maintain operational dashboards to track work efforts and performance metrics.

What's Needed?
- Experience in process design and documentation.
- Proficiency in data analysis, including large volume data analysis and thematic output development.
- Familiarity with data models and dashboard creation.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including experience with JIRA and Tableau.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
