Was du bei uns machst:
- Für unsere Kunden bist du die erste Anlaufstelle: Nimmst Supportanfragen an, berätst zu Produkten- und Anwendungen und bearbeitest Reklamationen
- Tickets stufst du ein, priorisierst diese und löst sie größtenteils eigenständig
- Dabei arbeitest du eng mit den anderen Bereichen zusammen
- Unser Monitoring behältst du im Auge und ermöglichst so ein schnelles Eingreifen bei Statusänderungen
- Zudem überwachst du unser Frühwarnsystem zur Erkennung von Systemstörungen
