Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Engineer Graduate to join our analytics team. This role is ideal for recent graduates with a passion for creating processes which use data to provide value for business.

Job Requirements:

  • Create data pipelines to be utilised by Analytics team.
  • Migrate data pipelines to different systems.
  • Convert data pipeline code bases.
  • Enhance data pipelines by optimizing, standardizing and enforcing test methodologies.
  • Support clients on infrastructure queries.
  • Support implementation of machine learning models.
  • Running and support of client-related pipelines.
  • Documenting existing data pipelines and pointing out gaps to be filled.
  • Perform annotation and investigation for new data sources.
  • Perform data investigations to identify problems.


Qualifications

  • Degree with high mathematical content and proficiency in programming
  • Python (0-2 = basic / working experience)
  • Years of Experience: < 1 year

Soft Skills:

  • Works well in a team/collaboration
  • Works well from home and independently
  • Structured and Attention to detail
  • Problem solving comes naturally
  • Presenting skills and good communication skills
  • Comfortable with high pressure and fast pace, good with time management and multi-tasking
