Requirements

  • Background in IT recruitment
  • Experience in talent acquisition
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Employment Laws
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Time management
  • Strong decision-making skills

Upper-Intermediate

Responsibilities

  • Searching for candidates in Brazilian Market
  • Demonstrate a thoroughly understanding of specialized skills and qualifications in order to screen IT resumes
  • Working with the GreenHouse
  • Sending GDPR requests in accordance with instruction
  • Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast their department’s goals and hiring needs
  • Recruit top talent people and achieve hiring goals
  • Transferring candidates to Recruiters and scheduling an interview
  • Conduct after fact and feedback candidate meetings
  • Conduct Salary and Market research
