Talent Sourcer - DataAILab (Third-party Contractor)
Responsibilities
Team Introduction
The DataAILab team is building up core TikTok products to ensure TikTok continues a healthy growth, deliver the best product experience to all of our users, build the most attractive features to help users enjoy their time on TikTok, earn trust in privacy protection, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage high-quality technical talent through targeted sourcing, competitive market mapping, and data-driven outreach in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Own end-to-end candidate experience from initial contact through interviews (pre-offer), ensuring a seamless and engaging hiring process.
- Build systematic talent pipelines by analyzing market trends, tracking talent landscapes, and collaborating with recruiters/hiring managers to meet hiring goals.
- Leverage market knowledge to provide insights to TAs & influence hiring decisions.
- Collaborate with recruitment team and hiring managers to understand requirements and prioritize candidate pipelines.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and provide regular communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify potential talent pools.

- Participate in recruitment events and conferences to network with potential candidates.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in HR/Business and/or IT related field.
- Proficient in using sourcing tools and techniques, including boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong ability to network and build relationships with candidates and industry professionals.
Preferred Qualification:
- 2 years and above working on technical roles.
- Familiarity with technical terminology and ability to assess candidates' technical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
