Enterprise Analytics Manager

Job Description:

Role Overview:  You will play a pivotal role in building meaningful customer relationships, fostering team development and empowerment, and ensuring that analytics initiatives are closely aligned with the organization's strategic goals.  Leading the day-to-day operations of an Enterprise Analytics team, overseeing approximately 18 FTEs, your exceptional leadership will drive the success of our analytics team and contribute to our overall mission of delivering data-driven insights to enhance healthcare outcomes.

• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and driving the delivery of impactful analytics solutions.
• Strategically prioritize analytics initiatives to ensure they align with the organization's goals, driving data-informed decision-making at every level.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive plan to foster the professional growth and development of your team members, empowering them to reach their full potential.
• Identify emerging trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement, leveraging cutting-edge tools and methodologies.
• Stay at the forefront of industry advancements, recommending and implementing innovative solutions that drive transformative change.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of analytics projects, ensuring their effectiveness and providing actionable insights for improvement.
• Develop strategies for analytics needs, including tool selection and staff training.
• Hire, coach, and manage the performance of a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative environment where team members are empowered and accountable.
• Implement resource strategies tailored to business needs, cost, and skill requirements.
• Develop procedures and processes to guarantee reliable product delivery to clients.

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in a progressively responsible managerial role, with a strong track record of managing customer relationships, fostering team development, and aligning analytics initiatives with organizational goals.
• Knowledge and proficiency in EHR application reporting and data visualization tools (Cogito, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Experience incorporating visualizations, statistical analysis, and data science in analytics, driving actionable insights and informed decision-making.
• Proven expertise in data management, report development, and data analysis, ensuring accurate and reliable information for strategic decision-making.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with EHR application reporting, Cogito, or equivalent analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques and predictive modeling.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Finance, Business, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.  If an applicant has a bachelor’s degree in an unrelated field, then equivalent experience in related fields may also be considered.
