Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of talented analysts, creating a collaborative and high-performing work environment that fuels innovation and growth.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and driving the delivery of impactful analytics solutions.
- Strategically prioritize analytics initiatives to ensure they align with the organization's goals, driving data-informed decision-making at every level.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive plan to foster the professional growth and development of your team members, empowering them to reach their full potential.
- Identify emerging trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement, leveraging cutting-edge tools and methodologies.
- Stay at the forefront of industry advancements, recommending and implementing innovative solutions that drive transformative change.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of analytics projects, ensuring their effectiveness and providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Develop strategies for analytics needs, including tool selection and staff training.
- Hire, coach, and manage the performance of a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative environment where team members are empowered and accountable.
- Implement resource strategies tailored to business needs, cost, and skill requirements.
- Develop procedures and processes to guarantee reliable product delivery to clients.
Requirements:
- Over 5 years of experience in a progressively responsible managerial role, with a strong track record of managing customer relationships, fostering team development, and aligning analytics initiatives with organizational goals.
- Knowledge and proficiency in EHR application reporting and data visualization tools (Cogito, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Experience incorporating visualizations, statistical analysis, and data science in analytics, driving actionable insights and informed decision-making.
- Proven expertise in data management, report development, and data analysis, ensuring accurate and reliable information for strategic decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with EHR application reporting, Cogito, or equivalent analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques and predictive modeling.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Finance, Business, Healthcare Informatics, or related field. If an applicant has a bachelor’s degree in an unrelated field, then equivalent experience in related fields may also be considered.
