ELS is hiring for the position of Collection Customer Service Agent-4 in Biloxi, Mississippi.

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Collection Customer Service Representative, you will act as a liaison between current RV and MH customers and ELS to effectively address customer issues and ensure long-term satisfaction. This role serves the member/guest base by resolving complaints, errors, and inquiries in an effective and timely manner. Responsibilities include making outbound/inbound calls to delinquent or current customers; documenting systems; taking action to respond to the needs, questions, and concerns of customers.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Answer incoming customer service calls promptly, professionally and within established performance standards and criteria.
• Making phone calls, sending letters, or using other methods to reach out to customers with overdue accounts
• Working with debtors to establish manageable repayment plans
• Maintain current knowledge of company services and policies in order to respond correctly to customer inquiries.
• Verify and enter accurate customer information in order to ensure the integrity of customer paperwork and records.
• Respond to customer needs, questions or problems in an efficient and thorough manner.
• Navigate multiple computer systems.
• Assist other departments such as Member Services and Reservations if needed.
• Handle complex and escalated customer service issues

Experience & skills you'll need:

• High school diploma, or the equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in a call center environment.
• Dedication to exceptional customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to exercise considerable independent judgment
• Ability to answer questions, determine the appropriate course of action, and follow-up with all interested parties
