Job Summary
The Senior Opportunity Development Representative fullfills the responsibilities of an ODR, and also acts as a team lead helping coordinate the work of ODT, and backing up ODT manager when not available/on PTO.
Responsibilities
Account Research
- Researches accounts and identifies key personas
- Acquires Key/Targeted Personas through a variety of available tools
Customer Communication
- Generates interest, qualifies leads and creates pipeline growth via phone calls, emails and social media in assigned territory
Territory Management/Strategy
- Develops leads to stimulate business development, coordinating second level meetings/calls for Account Executives
- Leverages teammates (Managers, Inside Sales Associates and Account Executives) to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging in order to drive opportunities and prospecting activities
- Monitors social web for sales opportunities and leads
Cross-Functional Team Coordination
- Follows up on campaigns and provides detailed feedback on the success of each campaign to our Sales Management Team and Marketing Managers
- Actively participates on Regional Sales Team calls/meetings
- Engages with Marketing for Regional Events support

Reporting
- Records and documents all calls, emails, meetings, tours and activities in SFDC
- Reports on weekly results, both qualitative and quantitative
Building Customer Relationships
- Establishes relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts and prospects
Coaching
- Provides coaching and scheduling for less experienced staff
Reporting & feedbacks
- Reports progress on event lead management for Region
- Provides feedback on quality of each event and the quality/engagement of each ODR
- Assists ODT Manager with monthly reporting requirements
Daily tasks management
- Ensures lead follow-up by team completed per cadence
- Maintains all Lead Queues according to Marketing SLA
- Ensures coverage across team for assigned event and campaign follow-up
- Ensures deadlines are met when working on marketing/sales campaigns
- Tracks and reports execution of tasks to impacted teams
- Recognized Regional backup for ODT Manager
Guidance for GROE
- Provides real-time guidance on GRoE issues and ensures global best practices are followed in consultation with ODT Manager
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree required
