We are looking for a Technical Admin Support / Maximo Administrator - Madrid
What is the role about?
Assist with the deployment, administration and management of the Maximo M&E asset management and maintenance system to deliver a robust preventative and corrective maintenance support tool for IBXs
Assist with day to day admin support in the Technical Facility team
Main responsibilities and accountabilities of the role
Responsibilities
- Work with the EMEA Technical Application SMEs to support the deployment and Management of the Computerised Maintenance Management System CMMS (i.e. Maximo)
- Assist the local Technical Facilities team in the development and use of preventative maintenance plans to meet the requirements of the Company's Preventive Maintenance Standards
- Provide Training and Support to the local TFM Teams to promote efficient & effective use of CMMS
- Maintain local Data Integrity: Administer all IBXs data in CMMS to ensure data is accurate and up to date (as required by the business)
- Provide first level of support and troubleshooting for local team
- Continuously monitor and track the correct data input from the local team. Ensure that all necessary work orders, preventive maintenance activities, job plans and time records are created, updated and used in support of maintenance tasks
- Develop and update reporting that assist management to determine the effectiveness of the maintenance programmes. Also, run reports in CMMS to provide visibility to local TFM team
- Maintain continuous relationship with local teams to maintain and improve the quality of the CMMS
- Manage the collection and input of asset data into Maximo
- Assist with the management of Job Plan entry
- Conduct regular data audits/quality checks and report results to local TFM and EMEA Technical Application SMEs
- Attend regular EMEA Assets management calls and participate in the discussions to drive continuous improvement

Additional responsibilities
- Reviews processes, procedures, systems with the purpose of continuous improvement.
- Communicates process deviations and proposed changes to the Country Operations teams.
- Provides recommendations and improvements and ensures that documentation complies with the company policies, industry standards and regulations.
- Supports engineering scripts creation providing tools, templates, examples, etc.
Knowledge, Experience, Skill and Attributes
- Systems administration experience of IBM's Maximo or similar CMMS program (preferred).
- Experience of developing and administering a preventative and corrective maintenance program
- Data collection and reporting skills using MS Excel
- General office software experience with a heavy focus on spreadsheets
- Self-starter, able to work on own initiatives and willing to work within tight deadlines to meet business requirements
- 1-2 years proven experience in data center assets and facilities management
- English as a primary language with good writing skills
- Willingness to travel within EMEA/US to attend Assets Management meetings or training sessions
